Vytautas S. has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Starting in 2008, they worked for Red Bull in various roles including Sales Analyst Baltics, Project Manager, and SBM (Student Brand Manager). During their time at Red Bull, they were responsible for analyzing market trends, creating sales forecasts, developing quotas, overseeing short-term projects, and managing marketing strategies.

In 2015, Vytautas co-founded HelloHungry, a healthy food solution company targeting office workers. As the Head of Business Development, they focused on creating products for busy professionals who had limited time for proper meals. HelloHungry aimed to tackle hunger and improve performance through healthy office food.

From 2016 to 2017, Vytautas worked as a COO and Sales Operations Consultant at Startup.lt, an accelerator backed by Practica Capital. Vytautas'smain consulting goal was to systemize processes and workflows, providing insights into the business pipeline and structuring sales processes.

In 2017, Vytautas joined Tesonet as the Head of B2B Sales, where they focused on growing the B2B business side of the product. Vytautas implemented new sales processes, built ideal customer profiles, and led recruitment efforts. Later, they transitioned to the role of Growth Product Manager and eventually became the Head of Product, Networking. In this position, they managed engineering, sales, and marketing teams, defined product strategy, and represented the company's products in the market.

In 2019, Vytautas took on the role of Advisor at 70Ventures and Director of Product at Oxylabs.io. As an advisor, they provided guidance and support, and at Oxylabs.io, they led all areas of their web intelligence SaaS product. Vytautas'sresponsibilities included building a strategy, transforming it into actionable OKRs, and achieving tangible results.

Currently, Vytautas is the Chief Executive Officer at Smartproxy, a company they joined in 2023.
