Charles Johnson

Charles Johnson is a seasoned business consultant with experience in property management, hotel and apartment management, and customer service. Charles founded Charles H. O. Johnson Business Consulting in 2022 and served as a Managing Director at CHOJ Vacation Rentals / Happitude Cafe & Ice Cream Parlour from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a General Manager at Melrose Beach Apartments and Ocean Spray Apartments. Charles also has experience in the hospitality industry, having served as Deputy General Manager at Discovery Bay Hotel by Rex Resorts and Receptionist at Coral Reef Club. Additionally, they were the Founder/Chairman of C&F Johnson Enterprises Inc., a property management company specializing in hotel and apartment management, and managed All Seasons Europa (Previously Homar Rentals) as a Managing Consultant in 2006.

Charles Johnson attended St. Leonard's Boys Secondary School from 1984 to 1990 but did not obtain a degree or field of study. Later, they pursued a degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Samuel Jackman Prescod Polytetnic and Barbados Community College. Charles also obtained a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General at Barbados Institute for Management & Productivity. Charles Johnson gained some knowledge in Meeting and Event Planning at the University of Cambridge. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Learning Personal Branding and Betty Liu on Career Success from LinkedIn in 2021 and 2016, respectively.
