Dragos Rosca is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in advisory roles, shareholding, and leadership across various sectors in Romania. Currently serving as a Member of the Advisory Board and Shareholder at Smartree, Patiline, and BIA, Dragos also holds the position of Chairman and Shareholder at Delta Asset Invest, a private equity investment firm. Rosca is a Shareholder at Brexton and was formerly the President of the Board of Directors at Fundația Romanian Business Leaders. With a strong foundation in venture capital as the former CEO of Gemisa Investments and co-founding roles in fleet management and optical retail companies, Rosca has significantly contributed to the growth and development of numerous enterprises, underscoring a robust career rooted in strategic HR management, business intelligence, and innovative marketing.
