Ann Sperling

Ann Sperling is an experienced real estate professional with extensive leadership roles spanning over four decades. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at ANDERSON HOLDINGS, L.L.C. and a Board Member at SmartRent and Apartment Income REIT, Ann also chaired the Nominating and Corporate Responsibility Committee at Apartment Income REIT. Previous roles include Senior Director at Trammell Crow Company, where oversight included commercial development in the Rocky Mountain region, and President of Markets West at Jones Lang LaSalle, managing strategy and financial performance across multiple geographic markets. Ann's career began at Trammell Crow Company, evolving through various positions over 25 years, culminating in leadership of all product lines in the region. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from Tufts University.
