Jonathan Markle

Jonathan Markle has a diverse professional background in sales, customer service, and marketing. Currently serving as the Storm Estimating Director at SmartRoof since February 2017, Jonathan previously held the position of Senior Inside Sales Representative within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Sales Representative at Comcast and a Marketing Representative at Closets By Design. Jonathan also contributed as a Varsity Assistant Basketball Coach at Christopher Dock Mennonite High School and worked as a Sales Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods. Notably, during an internship at ICANON, Jonathan conducted research on B2B social media marketing strategies and wrote a report on effective social media tools. Earlier intern experience includes writing and editing user manuals for ICANON's Newzware product. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from York College of Pennsylvania.
