Ben Downey

Ben Downey is the current VP of Operations at Smartrr. Prior to this, they were the VP of Revenue Operations at BigCommerce from July 2015 to September 2021. Before that, they were a Manager at Amazon Seller Insights and Pricing from February 2013 to July 2015. Ben also worked as an Associate Director at dunnhumby from January 2010 to February 2013 and as an Intern Analyst at Retail Technology R&D from June 2009 to August 2009.

Ben Downey's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from Miami University.
