Between the register and everything digital.

SMARTS is the integration layer for European convenience retail. Parcels, promotions, gift cards, loyalty — every digital service that flows through a store runs through a different API, a different workflow, a different reconciliation process. We unify them into one POS connection. Retailers integrate once. Cashiers learn one workflow. New services go live without touching the register.

Four modules, one integration point, 70+ service brands:

SMARTS Gateway — Multi-carrier parcel orchestration. DHL, DPD, UPS, Swiss Post, and dozens more, all through one cashier workflow. As carrier-neutral locker networks multiply across Europe, orchestration complexity at the register grows. Gateway absorbs it.

SMARTS Boost — Real-time, basket-aware promotions. Manufacturer-funded campaigns that validate automatically at the register — no manual configuration, no store-level setup.

SMARTS Tender — Gift cards, stored-value instruments, and digital payment products. Activation, redemption, and reconciliation — automated end-to-end.

SMARTS Loyalty — Points, stamp cards, tiered rewards. Integrated at the register through the same connection.

What seven years of live production look like:
→ 2,000+ stores across Switzerland, Germany, and Luxembourg
→ 4M+ transactions processed per year
→ 70+ integrated service brands
→ 100% uptime since 2019
→ Zero reconciliation errors

We integrate at the POS software layer — no additional hardware, no separate terminals. When a third-party service goes down, the sale still completes.

Small, senior team. Deep POS domain expertise. Built for the complexity that convenience retail actually runs on.
