Andy Oakley

Andy Oakley is the Head of Infrastructure and Operations at SmartSea, bringing over 20 years of experience in delivering advanced solutions and implementing technical and business strategies across various sectors. Previously, they held roles such as IT Director at AIM Capital SE and IT DevOps Manager at STATARE BRANDS LTD. Oakley has also served as Director of IT Operations & Global A&A at City of Dreams Mediterranean and has experience in project management from their time at BBC and the Environment Agency. Educated at Charter University, Oakley is known for their entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and ability to engage with stakeholders across diverse geographies and cultures.
