James Pavett

James Pavett is currently the Lead Site Reliability Engineer at SmartSearch, a position held since 2024. Previously, James worked at SmartSearch from 2022 to 2024 as a Senior Software Engineer and DevOps Engineer. Prior to that, James served as a Systems Analyst and BI Developer at Wincanton from 2017 to 2021, along with various roles including Systems Administrator, Application Developer, and Application Team Leader. James earned a Bachelor of Science in Digital & Technology Solutions with First-Class Honours from the University of Roehampton in 2022 and holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Electronic Engineering from Staffordshire University (2014).
