Phil C. is the Chief Executive Officer of SmartSearch, a prominent UK provider of anti-money-laundering and digital compliance software, a role they began in 2024. With over a decade of experience in the field, they have previously held key positions including Director and Contributing Editor at the Business Information Industry Association, and Group Head of Customer & Third Party Risk Solutions at LSEG. Phil’s leadership roles also extend to advisory capacities such as with Triple Private Equity, and they served as Chairman of Governors for Birchfield Educational Trust Ltd. Phil earned a degree in Dentistry from the University of Liverpool from 1977 to 1982.
