Our AI driven decisioning system is designed to help you set your goals, to ask more pertinent questions and to make the right decisions. It profiles every product and service that you offer. It monitors what works and for whom and why. It profiles in real time every user to help make the ideal decision to achieve the business goals you are after. And the interaction of these product insights and revealed user profiles brings a raft of new opportunities to decide how to interact at scale.

We believe relationships are what makes us all tick. Consciously deciding how to interact is the basis for good relationships. In the pre-AI world the use of segments and personas was the best way to try and achieve a fit between users and products; the basis for commercial relationships. The market has woken up to the tremendous potential for improvement that comes through leveraging AI.

We started SMARTSEER in 2023 after years of working with some of the largest airlines, OTAs, tour operators and retailers. Our experience has shown that AI can indeed create breakthrough solutions across the enterprise, creating new levels of aspiration and goal achievement.
