Kritika Jalan has three years of work experience. Kritika began their career in 2019 as a Marketing Intern at Meghalaya Cements Limited. In 2020, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Tata Steel. Currently, they are employed as a Business Associate at SmartServ since 2021.

Kritika Jalan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) in Marketing from JD Birla Institute (Department of management) between 2016 and 2019. Kritika then pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they attended Sarala Birla Gyan Jyoti from 2004 to 2016.
