Jonathan Pak

Jonathan Pak, MSW, currently serves as the Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility Program Manager at Smartsheet, where responsibilities include co-founding and leading the Asian-American Pacific Islander Employee Resource Group (ERG) and driving DEI-related initiatives through strategic program development. Prior experience includes roles at athenahealth as a Senior Implementation Project Lead and Solution Consultant, managing significant client engagements and implementing clinical solutions. Jonathan's background also features volunteer work with Mustard Seed Generation and significant clinical experience as an Outpatient Therapist at Boston Medical Center, where contributions included developing clinical workflows and training materials. Educated with a Master of Social Work and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston University, Jonathan combines expertise in social work with a focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives within corporate environments.
