Michael Bickers

Michael Bickers is an accomplished manager in marketing services, currently leading the Marketing Services Practice at Smartsheet since October 2018. In this role, Michael aligns practice goals with corporate objectives, manages key performance indicators, and oversees the onboarding and development of marketing specialists. Prior experience includes managing business operations as a Consulting Manager, driving customer satisfaction as a Senior Solutions Consultant, and enhancing customer work processes as a Solutions Consultant. Michael's earlier roles include internships at StrongKey, Dell Technologies, and consulting work for Clarametrics. An alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with an MBA, Michael combines a strong engineering background with extensive business acumen.
