Michael M. currently serves as a Sr. Commissions Analyst at Smartsheet since December 2022. Previously, Michael held the position of Sales Commissions Analyst - Systems at Zoom from April 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end Xactly system processes for a global salesforce and leading an automation project to enhance setup and data load processes. Prior to Zoom, Michael worked at Schneider Electric from November 2009 to April 2021 as a Sales Compensation Analyst, overseeing quarterly compensation plans for over 450 employees, and as a Service Coordinator and Technical Support Engineer. Michael also gained experience as a Financial Reporting Intern at The Bank of New York Mellon in 2008. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business in 2009.
