Devraj B.R has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Devraj began their career in 2004 as a Consultant for Q-Soft Systems and Solutions, specializing in Oracle Fusion Middleware. Devraj then joined Cambridge Technology India Pvt Lts in 2004 as a Technical Manager for Oracle AppsDBA, Unix & Linux. In 2007, they became a Team Lead for Oracle ERP and Unix, Linux practice at Q-Soft Systems and Solutions.

In 2009, Devraj joined CTE as a Service Delivery Manager, responsible for providing implementation and maintenance support for customer's AWS cloud infrastructure. Devraj also implemented industry standard frameworks such as ITIL and ISO. Devraj worked in this role until 2014.

Since 2014, Devraj has been a part of smartShift, initially as a Senior Delivery Manager for Cloud Operations and currently as a Director of Cloud Operations. In these roles, they have provided cloud transformation and managed service support for AWS cloud infrastructure of customers. Devraj has managed SLA driven operations delivery and worked closely with customers, onshore, and offshore teams. Devraj has also implemented and managed industry standard frameworks such as ITIL and ISO.

Devraj B.R studied at the University of Mysore from 1992 to 1996, completing a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication.
