Jeff Baker

Jeff Baker, FCXP (CX-I), currently serves as Senior Director of Global Marketing at smartShift, where responsibilities include driving digital marketing innovation and revenue growth through the transformation of the global marketing strategy and optimization of a substantial budget. Previously, Baker held the Director of Marketing & Communications role at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, overseeing product marketing management and strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Earlier experience includes positions as Creative Director & Brand Manager and Marketing Manager at CivicPlus, where Baker led comprehensive marketing campaigns and branding efforts, and as Interactive Director at FryeAllen Inc., guiding multimedia advertising campaigns. Baker holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Graphic and Interactive Design from Kansas State University and has additional education from Harvard Business School.
