Poonam Jha

Poonam Jha has over four years of work experience, starting in 2017 as a Web and Tech Engineer at Mettrr until 2019. They then moved on to eClinicalWorks, where they worked as a Software Engineer from September 2019 to March 2021. In 2021, Poonam joined illuminz as a UX Designer from July to November, and later joined smartShift as a Product Designer in November.

Poonam Jha completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Government Engineering College, Patan 022, from 2013 to 2017. In 2021, they enrolled in The Interaction Design Foundation to pursue a degree in User Experience Designer with a focus on Design and Visual Communications, General. Additionally, Poonam obtained additional certifications, including "Become a UX Designer from Scratch" from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF), "The Fundamentals Of Digital Marketing" from Google, and "User Experience: The Beginner's Guide" from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF), all in April 2021.
