Pranoy Giri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Pranoy started their career at Aegis Limited in 2007, where they were responsible for customer service and support for an Email service provider. Pranoy worked with new customers to develop new accounts and implement new systems. Pranoy then joined IBM India Private Limited in 2009, where they held multiple roles. As a CRM Siebel Application Analyst, they provided level one support for Siebel Application and resolved hardware, operating system, application, and network issues. Pranoy also served as an Incident Management Lead, where they planned and controlled project activities, developed work plans, and monitored progress. Pranoy later joined Akamai Technologies in 2015 as a Client Services Manager. In this role, they were the primary point of contact for a regional customer base, facilitated customer requirements, and coordinated with internal teams to fulfill customer needs. Finally, in 2016, Pranoy joined smartShift Technologies as a Service Delivery Manager and later on became a Manager-Service Delivery.

Pranoy Giri completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from St Josephs College from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a Higher Secondary degree in Agriculture, General from Scottish University Mission Institution from 2001 to 2003.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Pranoy Giri has obtained various certifications. In September 2018, they became a SIAM™ Professional from EXIN your ICT competence partner. Pranoy also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in July 2017. Furthermore, they have completed the "Step up to Leadership" program from Dale Carnegie, although the specific month and year of completion are not specified.
