Rahul Rajan has been working as a Senior System Engineer at smartShift since March 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Technical Specialist at HCL Technologies from December 2019 to March 2022. Before that, they worked as a System Administrator at First American (India) from April 2015 to December 2019, where they provided support to end users, managed user accounts, handled hardware and software issues, and updated databases.
