Sonya Brown

Sonya Brown is a General Partner and co-head of the Growth Equity practice at Norwest Venture Partners, based in Menlo Park. At Norwest, they manage over $12.5 billion in capital and focus on investments across diverse sectors including consumer, retail, and education. Sonya has held various board positions, including at JOLYN, Kendra Scott, and Babylist, and previously worked as an analyst at Bear Stearns and a principal at Summit Partners. They are also an advisory board member at Harvard Business School's California Research Center.
