SmartSource AE helps building product manufacturers and architecture and engineering firms add technical capacity without adding U.S. headcount.

We build dedicated remote technical teams in the Philippines that work as a true extension of your organization. Your team follows your standards, your workflows, and your systems, delivering consistent, reliable output you can trust.

Our teams support the technical work that keeps projects moving, including shop drawings, estimating, material take offs, drafting, submittals, technical documentation, and sales support. We focus on repeatable production work so your internal teams can stay focused on customers, engineering, and growth.

SmartSource AE was founded by industry professionals with decades of experience in U.S. construction sales and engineering, along with hands on experience building and managing technical teams in the Philippines.
