Bruce Morrison has over fifteen years of experience in financial leadership positions. Bruce is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Smartspace, a position they have held since April of 2017. Prior to their current role, Bruce was the Group CFO at Bond International Software from July 2003 to April 2017. During their time with Bond, Bruce was responsible for spearheading a successful fundraising campaign through private placing to institutional investors in 2004 which helped Bond expand its business growth. This included key acquisitions, heading six successful acquisitions in ten years. Bruce also facilitated a business model change which transformed Bond into the second largest global SaaS provider of recruitment software and built the investment case for its implementation. In addition, Bruce oversaw two profit optimisation programmes which generated £1.5 million in cost savings through corporate restructures. Bruce also directed the group's borrowing facility negotiations over a period of both major business growth and challenge. Lastly, Bruce led the divestment strategy which resulted in three disposals to private equity companies in six months and realised >30% premium on share price at strategy's outset.

Bruce Morrison completed a Diploma in Accounting from London Metropolitan University and certification from ICAEW in ACA. Bruce also attended Skinners School.
