Frank Beechinor

Frank Beechinor is the current CEO of Smartspace and has held various other notable positions in the past, such as Non Executive Chairman of Food Choice at Work and dotdigital Group plc.

Born in 1963, Frank Beechinor began their career in the corporate world after completing their degree in business administration from the University of North London. Frank started out working in sales and marketing for a number of small businesses before finding their niche in business development. In the early 1990s, they joined RedstoneConnect, where they helped grow the company into a market leader in IT managed services, infrastructure, and smart buildings.

In 2011, Beechinor was appointed Non Executive Chairman of dotdigital Group plc, one of the UK's fastest-growing ESPs. Under their leadership, the company expanded its global reach and increased its customer base to over 4000. In 2019, they stepped down from their role at dotdigital to focus on their new venture, Smartspace.

Smartspace is a spinout business from University College Cork that provides technology and consulting solutions to encourage healthy eating in the workplace. With its background in academic research, Smartspace is quickly gaining traction with major clients such as Microsoft.

Frank Beechinor has an MBA from Henley Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from University College Cork.
