Aravind Reddy is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in operations and strategy. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Smartstaff, previously known as Qikwork, since October 2020, Aravind has also held significant roles such as Associate Vice President of Operations & Strategy at Zomato from December 2017 to February 2020 and Co-Founder of Runnr from March 2015 to November 2017. Prior to these positions, Aravind worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Flipkart from November 2013 to February 2015 and engaged in intellectual property mapping at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 2011-2012. Aravind's early career includes managerial experience at the Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kharagpur. Aravind holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, completed in 2013.
