Rohit Jain

Rohit Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President at Smartstaff since April 2023, Rohit leads the supply vertical, focusing on worker sourcing and enhancing the blue-collar job market. Prior to this, Rohit co-founded and served as CEO of DUX Education, an innovative online tutoring platform, and played a pivotal role in developing Ola Cars within Ola. Rohit's earlier roles include Country Head at Zoomcar, where significant contributions were made in creating India's first car subscription model, and experience with financial analysis and fundraising at KPMG and Copal Partners. Rohit holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
