Jerry Jung has a diverse work experience in various companies. jerry started their career at Samsung Electronics in 1995 as a Business Development Specialist and worked there until 2002. After that, they joined Samsung Everland as a Business Development Manager from October 2002 to November 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Head of Animation at High1. jerry then joined Start Story as the Chief Executive Officer in June 2014. In December 2015, they became an Executive Producer at OCON. Their most recent role is as the Head of Animation at Start Story, which they assumed in November 2019.

Jerry Jung attended Yonsei University from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Art History. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1995, they studied at Hongik University and obtained a degree in Business Administration.
