Adrian Topp serves as Managing Director at Mayfield & Lindsay since December 2023, providing strategic business consulting focused on organizational transformation and operational optimization. Concurrently, Topp is a Client Partner at both PURVIEW and smart/tasking, leveraging over 15 years of industry expertise to assist organizations in their transformation journeys. Previously, Topp held various senior leadership roles at Ericsson from 2012 to 2023, including Managed Services Sales Excellence Director, where significant improvements in operational efficiency and customer experience were achieved across multiple accounts in Africa. Prior roles at Colt Technology Services, Verizon Business, WorldCom, Concert - JV BT/MCI, and Syncordia contributed to a robust background in network operations, financial planning, and technical support. Topp earned an HNC in Engineering and holds certificates from IMD, further enhancing a strong foundation in telecommunications and management.
