Gemma Maslin MCIPD

Gemma Maslin MCIPD is an independent HR Consultant and Fractional HR Leader specializing in transformation, organizational design, and talent development. Currently serving as a Client Partner at smart/tasking and an HR Consultant, Gemma has previously held significant roles including Head of People at Virgin Media O2 and HR Business Partner at Vodafone. They have extensive experience in delivering organizational development projects and are passionate about creating high-performing teams. Gemma holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from The Open University and a CIPD certification from Manchester Open Learning, and actively participates in the NOVA Community.
