Dave M. is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in managing technology projects and teams. Since August 2010, Dave has served as a Senior Software Development Manager at SMART Technologies, overseeing the iQ Software, an Android-based Operating System for SMART Boards utilized in classrooms globally. Prior to this role, Dave held various positions at SMART, including roles as Software Development Manager for the iQ platform and Notebook software, managing numerous development projects and teams. Dave's earlier experience includes positions at Yellow Pages Group, Infusion Development, and Lehman Brothers, where responsibilities ranged from prototyping applications to developing high-volume trading systems. Dave began a technical career at IBM, working as a Compiler Analyst. Dave earned a BSc in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering from the University of Calgary.
