John Sayeau

John Sayeau is an experienced Software Test Developer at SMART Technologies since September 2011, specializing in automated and manual testing of software products using Python/Jython, Java, and various other tools across multiple operating systems. Prior to this role, John served as a Q/A Testing Analyst, where responsibilities included test planning, configuration of test environments, execution, reporting, and bug tracking. John has a background in customer service technology, having worked at Sun Microsystems Canada and StorageTek Canada from 1985 to 2007, focusing on the installation and maintenance of storage hardware and software. John Sayeau holds a Certificate in Object Oriented Software Development from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology obtained in 2009 and is ISTQB certified at the foundation level.
