Laura John

Laura John has extensive experience in technical and customer support, currently serving as a Vendor Project Specialist at SMART Technologies since September 2010, where responsibilities have included creating internal documentation for technical solutions and reporting software issues to Product Development. Prior to this role, Laura worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Blue Ocean Contact Centers from June 2009 to August 2010, providing first-level customer support and maintaining CRM information. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Combined Honours in Communications Studies and Cultural Studies & Critical Theory from McMaster University, along with a Project Management Extension Certificate and a Technical Writing Extension Certificate from Mount Royal University.
