Lijuan Bai

Lijuan Bai is a seasoned software test developer at SMART Technologies since 2009, with extensive experience in telecommunications and radio algorithms gained during a 12-year tenure at Nortel. At Nortel, Lijuan Bai led the fault management design for CDMA, WiMax, and LTE base station radios, providing expert technical advice on RF performance. Previous roles included collaboration with RF engineering teams to enhance system performance for new BTS products and conducting CDMA end-to-end network software verification. Lijuan Bai also designed testing fixtures and wrote test codes for Norstar Key systems and BCM product lines. Lijuan Bai holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunication from the University of Saskatchewan, completed in 1995.
