Ayodele Pompey

Ayodele Pompey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and product management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at SmartTerm Limited since October 2020, Ayodele also contributes as a Start-Up Incubator and Start-Up Bootcamp leader at The DMZ. Previous roles include Solution Manager and Product Manager at Smartmatic, where responsibilities involved defining product visions and generating detailed requirements for Election Solutions. Ayodele's career features leadership positions such as Chief Product Officer at both Hivesource and PIEDATA, and Assistant Registrar, Head of Digital at the Caribbean Examinations Council, with a strong focus on digital strategy.
