Jayme Hoyte

Jayme Hoyte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and research across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director at SmartTerm since March 2016, Jayme contributes to the mission of transforming educational operations in the Caribbean through an innovative all-in-one system. As a Professional Fellow with the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative from September 2018, Jayme was selected from a competitive pool of applicants to engage in a prestigious five-week program. Previous roles include Marketing Research Officer at Lake Asphalt of Trinidad & Tobago (1978) Limited and Research Assistant at Metal Industries Company Ltd, along with experience as a Researcher at Lucent Research and an intern at CANTO in an administrative capacity. Academic credentials include a BSc in Economics with a minor in International Relations, an MSc in Global Studies, and multiple certifications in project management and international management.
