Sonja Palin

Sonja Palin is currently the HR Manager at both Smartum and The Orange Company, where they are responsible for leading and developing the HR functions. Previously, Sonja held roles at various organizations, including Human Resources Manager at MediSapiens Ltd, where they ensured a positive employee experience and developed HR processes. Sonja has also worked as an Event Coordinator at The Lane Viihdekeskus and has extensive experience in administrative roles within healthcare settings. They earned a degree in Human Resources Management from Humak University of Applied Sciences.
