Ben Gautier has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ben is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at EVA - Esports Virtual Arenas since 2023, where they manage all revenue streams and is a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to this, Ben worked at talent.io as the Chief Commercial Officer from 2018 to 2023, leading a global team and being responsible for client-facing teams. Ben also served as the Head of Sales and Lead Sales France at talent.io. Additionally, Ben was the Co-Founder & CEO at ascagne.co from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they worked as the Country Manager UK for T&S Engineering Limited, establishing partnerships with key customers. Ben's earlier experience includes working as a Business Manager/Department Manager at AGAP2 (HIQ Consulting) and holding various positions in the FMCG industry at Panzani, Newell Rubbermaid, Sara Lee H&BC, and Heinz Benedicta. Ben is also a member and board advisor of Galion Peers, a community of C-level executives from top French Tech Companies.
Ben Gautier began their education at SKEMA Business School, where they pursued a program called ESC Lille - Programme Grande Ecole - Master In Management Marketing & Sales from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they enrolled in North Carolina State University in 2011 and completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Business, with a focus on SKEMA Business School Raleigh, NC, which lasted until 2012.
