Lukáš Beneš

Lukáš Beneš is an aviation expert with a Bachelor of Commerce in Aviation and Travel Services from the University of Business Prague. They began their career as a Sales Coordinator at HOLIDAYS Czech Airlines, where they managed in-flight services and marketing coordination. They later held various roles at Czech Airlines, culminating in the position of Area Station Manager, where they oversaw operations in countries including Pakistan and India. Currently, Lukáš serves as the Director of Ground Operations at Smartwings, leading the Ground Operations Division and ensuring compliance with EASA regulations. Their extensive experience includes operational management and coordination in several key areas of the airline industry.
