Hesham Alam

Hesham Alam is currently the Assistant Operations Manager and previously served as Assistant Account Manager at Smartworks since November 2022. Prior to this role, Hesham worked as a Community Executive at Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited from September 2021 to November 2022. Experience in the hospitality sector includes serving as a Guest Service Associate at ITC Hotels from December 2018 to March 2021, where responsibilities included greeting guests and addressing inquiries and issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Hesham holds a B.Sc. in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, completed in June 2018.
