Deepika Manchanda is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager - HR at Smartworld Developers since February 2021, Deepika has held progressive HR positions including Sr. Manager and Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Deepika worked at Risland India for three years in a human resources capacity and at Square Yards for over three years, progressing from Sr. Executive to Deputy Manager - HR. Early in the career, Deepika gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Associate at PeopleStrong. Deepika holds a graduation degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Jagan Institute of Management Studies and a Master's degree from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
