Paramvir Rai is currently the AVP-CRM at Smartworld, with extensive experience in real estate CRM after holding significant roles at major companies including Omaxe, Spaze Towers, and the ELAN Group. Prior to this, Paramvir served as Senior General Manager and General Manager at Smartworld, contributing to various aspects of customer relationship management and operations. With a solid foundation in the real estate sector since starting as Assistant Manager-Commercial at Omaxe, Paramvir has developed a deep understanding of CRM across different real estate projects and companies. Paramvir completed matriculation in Business/Commerce at St. Johns Baptist Public School.
