Steve Ware

Steve Ware has over 10 years of work experience in the video production and broadcasting industry. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Broadcasting Producer for Bristol Film Studios, where they were responsible for providing live content for a 24-hour Sky TV channel. In 2011, they wrote, produced, and co-directed a short film titled "Mr Wiggles". In 2013, they took on the role of Production Technician at StreamUK, where they provided technical knowledge and production experience for broadcasting live events onto an online platform. In 2014, they became a Digital Project Manager at ESI Media. In 2015, they took on the roles of Head of Production and Senior Producer at Streaming Tank. In 2018, they worked as a Studio Director at Verizon Media and a Live Video Producer as a freelancer. In 2021, they became the Head of UK e-commerce studio operations and a TikTok Creative E-Commerce Live Producer at TikTok. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Smartzer, a SaaS platform used by brands to make videos and live streams shoppable across e-commerce, social media, and ads.

Steve Ware attended Highworth Warneford School from 2000 to 2005 and achieved 11 GCSEs including all major subjects with grades A-C. Steve then attended Staffordshire University from 2007 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Media Production.
