Ty Lufman

Ty Lufman is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly within the food service and real estate sectors. Lufman served as VP and Associate General Counsel at Quiznos from January 2013 to March 2017, followed by roles as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, and Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Smashburger from March 2018 to September 2025. Previous experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel for Einstein Bros and Noah's Bagels from 2001 to 2004, and as an attorney at Snell & Wilmer from September 2006 to October 2010. Lufman also held the position of Assistant Director at Studley from April 2011 to November 2012, specializing in commercial real estate strategies to optimize office leasing costs.
