Francis Grass

Francis Grass is currently the Adjoint au Maire of Toulouse, overseeing cultural initiatives, and serves as President of the Établissement public du Capitole and SMAT. With a rich background in transportation and development, they held the position of Directeur Général at Semvat from 1988 to 2002 and worked in various leadership roles at Veolia Transport. Additionally, Francis was the Directeur Développement Social at Danone France from 1983 to 1988 and has been actively involved with the Cercle d’Oc and Aïda from 2017 and 2001 to 2019, respectively.
