SMB Investor Network is the co-investment platform for Search Fund Ventures, connecting accredited investors with deal-by-deal opportunities in lower-market business acquisitions.

We give qualified investors direct access to the same deals our fund invests in — with $10K minimums and full transparency into every opportunity.

What investors get:
• Deal-by-deal co-investment access alongside Search Fund Ventures
• Professional underwriting with conservative assumptions and margin of safety
• Full deal memos, financial models, and due diligence summaries
• Ongoing portfolio updates and LP communication
• Access to our quarterly Closed Deals Reports with proprietary market data

The search fund model has historically produced 3–5x returns with a 69% profitability rate (Stanford, 2024). Our approach is portfolio-based — targeting 20–30 companies per vintage to capture upside while managing idiosyncratic risk.

We believe lower-market investing shouldn't require $100K+ minimums or institutional connections. It should be transparent, data-driven, and accessible to qualified investors who want exposure to a historically attractive asset class.
