Alan McAulay

Alan McAulay has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Alan started their career at Bank of America as a Loan Workout Analyst in 1986 and worked there for almost 9 years.

In 1995, they joined Davis and Jennings as a Financial Advisor for two years before moving on to Williams Financial Group. At Williams Financial Group, they served as Senior Vice President and Director of Technology Services for over 16 years. In this role, they defined and implemented the IT vision for the company and developed their Business Continuity Plan.

In 2013, Alan joined Docupace Technologies as Vice President and Senior Project Manager. Alan led multiple projects, including the development and deployment of a "Straight Through Processing" platform.

In 2014, Alan became the IT Manager at Global Financial Research and Trading. Alan was responsible for the strategic direction of the Pegasys application and managed a network of vendors.

From 2017 to 2018, Alan worked at Villages of Lake Highlands | Dallas Senior Living as the Director of Financial Services and Information Technology. Alan was responsible for the revenue cycle functions of the facility and led the transition of HR and payroll systems to a cloud-based platform.

Currently, Alan is the Director of Managed Services at SMB Suite. Alan joined the company in 2018 and oversees the management of their services.

Throughout their career, Alan has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in IT management, project management, and business process improvement.

Alan McAulay earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Abilene Christian University, completing their education from 1982 to 1986.
