Patrick Ebrahimian is the Executive Director of Strategic Operations at SMBC MANUBANK, where they lead the planning and execution of HR functions and drive process improvements across the organization. With over 20 years of experience in Lean and Six Sigma Process Engineering, they have held key leadership roles at companies including Wyndham Destinations and Bank of America, where they were responsible for implementing strategic initiatives that yielded significant savings and efficiency gains. A certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and LEAN Master, Patrick specializes in business process management and strategic planning while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee development. Currently pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the College of Southern Nevada, Patrick continues to enhance their expertise in the field.
