SMBG was initially founded with a clear mission: to help startups and SMEs navigate the complexities of strategy and growth. However, through deep, hands-on engagement with dozens of companies, we discovered that sustainable success ultimately hinges on two fundamental pillars: Capital and Founder Mentality.

We realized that a company cannot outrun its financial health, nor can it outperform the mental and emotional well-being of the people leading it.

To directly address these two vital levers, SMBG operates through two specialized pillars:

• Capital Matching: Securing the strategic capital required for businesses to scale.

• Founder Coaching: Supporting the mental, emotional, and strategic resilience of leadership.

Our deep exposure to recurring industry challenges has also made SMBG an active incubator. By building solutions to the real-world friction points we encountered, we have spun out multiple startup products. Some of these ventures failed, some were sold, and some are still actively utilized by Fortune 500 companies.
