Anna Milligan, P.E., S.E., LEED AP, has been working at SMBH, Inc. since October 2003. Prior to this, Anna was a Research Assistant at Ohio University from December 2001 to August 2003. Anna holds a MSCE in Structural Engineering from Ohio University, where Anna also obtained their BSCE in the same field. At SMBH, Inc., Anna currently holds the titles of Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Structural Engineer.
