Daniel J.

Daniel J. has a strong background in software development, currently serving as Dev II at The SMB Help Desk, LLC since November 2017. In this role, Daniel designed and developed Accord Sync, a real-time integration tool that improved accounting processes between Salesforce and QuickBooks Online. Additionally, Daniel led the creation of a custom Customer Community for Empire Today, enhancing customer satisfaction through a mobile-first, self-service ordering platform. Prior to this, Daniel gained experience as an intern at IrisReading.com from July 2016 to October 2017. Daniel holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where studies were conducted from August 2018 to December 2022, and completed high school at Lane Tech High School from 2014 to 2018.
